Questions
What counts as storage?
The size of every version of every document you published; a site from a ZIP counts its files unpacked. Comments, access lists and view counts do not count. Deleting a document frees its space at once.
Do readers need an account?
No. A reader types their email, gets a 6-digit code and is in. Readers and commenters never pay, on any plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from My documents → Billing → Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you are back on Free. Documents over 50 MB stay readable; you cannot publish new ones until you are under the limit.
What does Company cost?
€30 a month for the whole company, whatever the number of members, with 30 GB of storage for everyone. The first email domain is included; each extra domain is €15 a month. Each extra 10 GB of storage is €5 a month. Billing is monthly only.
What happens after the Company trial?
If nobody has set up billing by day 30, publishing is paused for the company. Documents stay open to readers and comments keep working. An owner or admin sets up billing and publishing resumes.
Are extra domains and storage free during the trial?
Extra domains are. Extra storage can be added once the trial is over and billing is active; until then the company has 30 GB.
I sign in with a company email. Can I buy Pro?
No. An account on a company email domain cannot be on Free or Pro: its company pays for everyone on its domains, so your colleagues share one bill. Pro is for personal addresses such as Gmail or Outlook.
Do you send invoices? What about VAT?
Every invoice is in Manage billing, ready to download. In the EU you pay in euros and VAT may be applied. Outside the EU you pay in dollars.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to abuse@ashare.net from the email on your account and say which payment. No form to fill in.
